Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Important Update: Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns Only for Damaged or Incorrect Products

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged,

  • The product is defective, or

  • The wrong item was sent due to our mistake.

No other returns will be accepted.

Exchanges — Size Exchange Only

Note: Make sure not to remove the tags from the article and the product must be odor free 

We only offer size exchanges.
Please note:

  • The shipping cost for sending the product to us and shipping it back to you must be borne entirely by the customer.

  • This is because we do not charge any shipping fees during the original purchase.

  • Therefore, we strongly encourage you to check the size chart carefully before ordering.

  • If you are unsure about your size, please contact us — we will be happy to assist you in choosing the correct size.



Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received and odor free

  • Unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without initiating a return request will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return / Exchange

Email us at support@theasthra.in within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item you wish to return/exchange

  3. The reason, and relevant photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

Pickup & Charges

  • For exchanges, or any return arising from sizing issues, the shipping cost both ways must be paid by the customer.

  • For damaged or wrong items (our mistake), return shipping will be handled by us.

Processing Time

Once we receive and verify the item, your return or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Refunds

Approved returns (damaged or incorrect items only) can be refunded as:

  • Store Credit (valid for 6 months), or

  • Direct refund to the original payment method (when applicable)

Refunds are issued after successful quality checks and usually take 5–10 business days.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us within 48 hours at asthraclothing@gmail.com if:

  • The item is damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect.

Include unboxing photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • If the size for exchange is out of stock then that item cannot be exchanged.
